Our 10 - hour package is our most popular choice—and for good reason! It’s designed to capture your entire day, from the excitement of getting ready in the morning to the last dance at night. With this coverage, you’ll have a beautiful story of your wedding day, filled with all the little details, big moments, and everything in between.

A Sample Wedding Day Timeline

11:30 am – Groom’s prep

We’ll start with the groom, capturing details, laughs, and getting-ready moments with family and groomsmen.

12:15 pm – Bride’s prep

Then it’s time with the bride and bridal party—candids, details, and those fun PJ + champagne shots before slipping into the dress.

3:00 pm – Guests arrive

We’ll capture the vibe as your guests arrive and all the little ceremony details.

3:30 pm – Ceremony

Time to say “I do”! Most ceremonies run around 20–30 minutes.

4:00 pm – Congratulations

Hugs, cheers, and bubbles—perfect for candid moments.

4:15 pm – Family photos

Quick and easy portraits with your nearest and dearest (we’ll help

you plan a list beforehand).

4:45 pm – Bridal party & couple portraits

Some fun with your crew, then a little time just for the two of you. These are usually some of the most relaxed, romantic shots of the day.

5:50 pm – Guests seated

Everyone gets comfy and ready for the reception.

6:00 pm – Couple’s entrance & cake cut

Make your entrance, and cut the cake so it’s ready to serve later.

6:10 pm – Speeches & dinner

Heartfelt words, lots of laughter, and delicious food.

7:00 pm – Sunset photos

Golden hour magic—we’ll sneak out for 15–20 minutes of dreamy photos.

7:30 pm – More speeches

Often this is when the Maid of Honour, Best Man, and couple share their thank-yous.

8:00 pm – First dance & party

Dance floor opens—time to celebrate!

8:30 pm – Night photos (optional)

If you’d love some photos under the stars, we’ll head outside for a quick photoshoot.

9:30 pm – We wrap up

Saunders Photo and Cinema finish shooting, every important moment has been captured, and you can dance the night away!
